Pinarello has been making quality bicycles for a very long time. Even now, the modern day success owes a great deal to the traditional steel frames they built their name on. If you’ve got an older Pinarello, you want to keep it alive and that’s what we’ve got here. First it needed a thorough blasting to get it back to bare metal and just a little filler work for some pitting following rusting.

Freed from the trappings of excessive branding, this one has been pared back to host just two down tube logos and a top tube signature.

The fork and frame pantographs have been flooded in white and there’s a cheeky flowcoat clear in the mix too for that extra glossy lustre.

The graphics of course are a simple white but that blue is from none other than House of Kolor. I’ll say it every time; if you only choose a single colour, choose a great one!
